Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging are intact.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or would like to exchange your item, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Customized or personalized items.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever applicable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item sent by MO&JESSY.
